That colon is an illegal character.If any of the names contain double quotes they too are illegal characters. It told me that AVG, my anti-virus, had a grasp on my entire E:\ Drive. When I double click the folder, I get the error message: D:\Path\to\folder is not accessible. I am an admin on this particular machine.
